Evening Cooking Classes

The combined perfume of saffron and the sweet meatiness of lush olives with the sour saltiness of preserved lemons is truely a sublime experience, all which will inspire you to cook authentic Moroccan food.


The evening starts... with a complementary glass of our famous Kasbah cocktail and tapas from our enchanting autumn menu. Once the demonstration is complete everyone is then invited to enjoy a banquet of the dishes that have been cooked during the evening. So be prepared to be tantalised by the exhilerating perfume of exotic spices and ingredient which Simo teaches you to use in these classes.

Bookings How to Book

  • A minimum of 12 is required to guarantee that a class will run
  • Classes are limited to 20 people.
  • In case of inadequate numbers you will be contacted by email the Friday prior.

    • Please advise if you have a gift voucher to redeem.
    • Payment must be made prior to attending a class.
    • Cost is $75 per person

    • We cannot accept payment at the Restaurant.
