The evening starts... with a complementary glass of our famous Kasbah cocktail and tapas from our enchanting autumn menu. Once the demonstration is complete everyone is then invited to enjoy a banquet of the dishes that have been cooked during the evening. So be prepared to be tantalised by the exhilerating perfume of exotic spices and ingredient which Simo teaches you to use in these classes.
